In Stuttgart, the Building Office, with its more than 200 employees, plans, builds and maintains these buildings and thus also performs central tasks from the operator responsibility of the Building Offices.

You take over the independent project management as well as project management from planning, tendering, assembly monitoring to the acceptance of the construction measures You monitor the agreed qualities and dates in compliance with the cost budget The perception of the building function in the projects, such as the support of external specialist engineering offices, is also part of your task You coordinate and conduct coordination with internal departments, authorities and external project participants You act as an expert representation and contact person of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart for the construction measures A change or addition of the task area is reserved.

A completed study (Bachelor/Master/Diplom-Ingenieur/-in [FH/TU]) in the field of engineering/science in the field of electrical engineering or comparable subjects or persons with equivalent knowledge and professional experience A multiannual experience in the planning, construction management and project management of structural measures is desirable.
