Responsibility for the HSE&S area of the site including Monitoring compliance with statutory and internal requirements and their effectiveness Development and implementation of policies and concepts to achieve HSE&S objectives Assessment and continuous improvement of existing processes and systems Continuous internal and external knowledge building and sharing, e.g. in the context of training Support and advice of managers and employees with regard to all HSE&S topics Coordination, implementation and management of HSE&S operations in-site Creation of reports and analyses

Completed studies e.g. occupational safety, chemistry, engineering, environmental protection or comparable Multiannual professional experience in the chemical industry, ideally in a comparable function Experience as a specialist in occupational safety desirable Secure appearance and pronounced communication strength paired with the ability to convince and motivate others Proactive, structured and solution-oriented operation Hands-On Mentality Very good MS Office knowledge Knowledge of HSE&S applications Flowing German and English skills
