Working Student Partner Management (m/f/d)

Partner Enablement - You are involved in the support and further development of our partners at different touchpoints. These include support for process topics, organisation of events, and support for partner anniversaries. Onboarding Setup - You are organising the agent onboarding and discussing the associated overviews, such as contract documentation, Google setups as well as creating and updating farming cards. Platform Care - You are responsible for the support of our backend in Deeploi, including master data management (e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, mail distributors) as well as the login and logout of our partners. Sales - Backoffice - In addition, you support Sales Backoffice, especially when advertised rental and commercial properties. These include, among other things, the care of agency changes including rewriting of teams and contacts, the individualization of evaluation presentations, the processing of enquiries and quality checks by Exposés (pictures, floor plans, texts, etc.).

Background – You are in advanced studies in the business context or in a related area. Experiences in the real estate industry are a plus, but not a must. Experience – Ideally, you already bring practical professional experience, whether through student work, internships or training. At best, you know the basic processes and requirements in the care of partners / stakeholders and implement this knowledge in practice. Technical Skills – You have analytical thinking, have a very good handling of Google Slides and have very good communication skills. Interest – You are passionate about interior, real estate and lifestyle issues. You also like to work strategically and are an organizational talent.
