Practice Coordinator Central Practice Instruction (m/f/d)

The Städtische Klinikum Karlsruhe is the largest hospital in the Middle Rhine region. It is shown in the hospital plan of the state of Baden-Württemberg as a house of maximum care for the region and the teaching hospital of the University of Freiburg. Day by day and around the clock, over 4,900 qualified employees ensure the care of patients.

For business 4 we are looking for a practical coordinator (m/w/d) at the next possible time in the central practical instructions for the primary-qualifying course in parttime with 19.5 hours of the contractually agreed working time. The position shall be fixed without delay.

Participation in the coordination of the practical phases of the primary-qualifying care program Planning, organisation and continuous development of practical study assignments in coordination with designated responsible persons Independent planning, implementation and evaluation of practical instructions as well as practical instructions, reflection and evaluation discussions Participation in ensuring compliance with statutory and high school requirements for practical training Consultation and support of practical leaders in implementing high school requirements Contact person for students as well as support for professional and organizational issues during practical applications Participation in cooperation with the University of Applied Sciences, Scientific Director of Nursing Studies and Clinical Use Organisation of study-relevant dates and participation in practical tests Promote evidence-based care and support for students in scientific issues and the theory-practice transfer Working in working groups, as well as co-designing and further developing the organisational and educational structures of the primary-qualifying care program Participation in information events, introductory days and other events of the Care Department

Successfully completed training as a nurse Practical instructions in the healthcare sector (300 hours) completed bachelor's degree in nursing education; Alternatively, a care-related study (e.g. nursing science or care management) Representative educational, communicative and organizational skills Self-employed, structured and responsible work High social competence and team and conflictability Own initiative, willingness to change and interest in the further development of academic nursing training Willingness to continue professional training
