Dual Student B.Sc Mechanical Engineering (m/f/d)

We are looking for you as a dual student for B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering for the winter semester 2026/2027 with start 01.10.2026.

With us you complete your practice phases during your studies and study in theory at TUHH, so you can combine ideal theory & practice.

An exciting 3-year bachelor's degree B.Sc. in mechanical engineering at TUHH awaits you and your start is already at 01.08.2026 with us with a 2-month pre-practice (01.08.2026 - 30.09.2026), so you can get a first practical insight from your future colleagues and the various specialist departments. You will have your practice assignments predominantly in our Mission Technologies department, but you can also very much like to sniff into the other specialist areas such as Industrial.

We offer you exciting projects that you can work and design independently from Day 1. We support you with a professional contact person in all technical questions and show you how to solve technical problems well and structuredly and how to set up processes. Also, an operational contact person will accompany you with us for all other questions during your practical phases.

If you are interested, you can write your bachelor's work with us in the company for a professionally appropriate question based on your studies.

If everything fits from both sides after your successful Bachelor's degree, we will also be happy to offer you your Master's degree in one of the following areas of study ''Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering'', ''Theoretical Mechanical Engineering'' or 'Machinery - Product Development and Production''' with us.

School completion: general university maturity (if you have not received a certificate yet, you can apply beforehand and then submit the certificate) Good services in subjects: mathematics/physics, if necessary Computer science or related technical subjects German (C2) and good English (B2) Interest in technical topics, mechanical engineering, innovation and products Commitment and passion

We take over the full costs for your dual study, including semester contribution, as well as the contributions for student self-government etc. You receive a monthly training allowance as follows from us: 1st year: 1.050 Euro, 2nd year: 1.150 Euro, 3rd year: 1.250 Euro Technical contact person who assists you during your practical phase with us and assists you for all technical questions First own small projects in the field of development, where you already receive responsibility and trust from the first day and can help you to shape a lot.
