Service Station Manager Arnstadt / Dahlewitz (m/f/d)

Professional and disciplinary leadership of the service station in Arnstadt (currently 5, perspectively up to 10 employees) and in the future the service station Dahlewitz Active design and construction of the Dahlewitz service station Control and further development of the sites using relevant company key figures Presentation of service stations to customers, suppliers and external partners Ensuring compliance with corporate goals, quality standards and processes Strategic and operational expansion of local service activities Development and strengthening of the local supply chain as well as existing specialist and partner networks Implementation of process analyses and initiation and implementation of continuous improvement measures

Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual leadership experience, ideally in the service environment or in a comparable technical organization Impressed sense of responsibility, decision-making and enforcement Secure handling of common IT applications (MS Office; ideally SAP or comparable systems) German and English language skills in word and writing are indispensable in our international environment
