Assistant Letting Management (Berlin)

Central interface for the letting team and ensuring smooth organizational processes Self-employed and reliable takeover of administrative and organisational tasks Maintenance of real estate data as well as document management and processing of business correspondence Support for marketing and marketing activities for our real estate Creation and processing of simple marketing and graphics materials (e.g. exposés, flyers, social media contributions or presentations) Participation in the care of marketing documents and digital marketing channels Creation of professional presentations, exhibits and protocols (German and English) Organisation of travel, events and support in receiving customers scheduling, coordination and preparation of meetings General handling and professional e-mail and telephone correspondence Close cooperation with the nationwide assistance team

Closed commercial vocational training, ideally with professional experience in the real estate sector, but no requirement First experience in assistance is desirable An independent, structured and proactive method Ideally, you have basic knowledge in marketing, graphic design and real estate marketing as well as a sense of appealing presentations and visual communication Strong communication personality with self-initiative and reliability Knowledge and safe handling of MS Office programs You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
