The LWL-Klinikum Gütersloh – cooperation partner of the University of Bielefeld – is a differentiated treatment centre with 439 beds in the clinics General Psychiatry and Psychosomatics, Sucht, Gerontopsychiatrie, Geriatrie, Neurology and the associated day clinics, with 166 places in medical rehabilitation and 14 day care places as well as extended outpatient offers.

The hospital for addiction treats women and men suffering from addiction disorders of alcohol, medicines, illegal drugs and non-material addictions.
