Your duties As the first contact person in the office, you take an important role in our savings bank and provide services and payment transactions for our customers in a case-by-case manner. You support our customers in the operation of the self-service devices as well as in the use, installation and administration of the digital service. You process orders and inquiries from our customers friendly and accommodating. In the case of consulting, you actively transfer our customers to the consulting area. Your qualification: You have completed an apprenticeship to the bank clerk or other commercial training. You enjoy the support of our customers and bring a high customer orientation and communication strength. You bring a high service orientation. You are open-minded, communicative and have fun dealing with customers. You have a digital affinity.
