The special strength of the Fraunhofer Institute for Electronic Nanosystems ENAS lies in the development of Smart Systems - so-called intelligent systems for various applications. The systems connect electronic components, micro and nano sensors and actuators with interfaces for communication. Fraunhofer ENAS develops individual components, the technologies for their production as well as system concepts and system integration technologies and converts them into practical use. Fraunhofer ENAS accompanies customer projects from idea to design, technology development or implementation using existing technologies to the tested prototype.

To expand our team, we are looking for a scientific project manager in the field of packaging at the earliest possible time.

What you do with us

Your area of responsibility is varied and varied, the focus is on the following points:

• You process international research and development projects in the field of semiconductor processing, focusing on packaging from kick-off to completion
• They develop system solutions in the team and take over the coordination of project milestones until acceptance with internal and external partners
• To do this, you create the time planning and cost calculation for research and development projects, design risk strategies and plan the project structure incl. Communication paths and escalation processes
• In addition, you will review potential customer requests and provide initial contact for new customers
• You support transfer projects and lead them to success based on your industrial experience

What you bring

• You can present a completed, scientific university degree (Master/Diplom) with a technical focus on electrical engineering, communications technology, engineering or a comparable degree course
• You have well-founded experience in managing international, larger projects - preferably with Asian project partners
• Ideally you have first cores in the field of semiconductor and packaging
• You are an effective team player with focused and independent working style
• They act responsibly and responsibly and are strong in communication and implementation
• You have Vietnamese knowledge of word and writing, business trips to Asia (especially Vietnam) are an enrichment for you
