Strengthening the industrial performance of the global supplier base, in particular in complex manufacturing environments Analysis and improvement of production systems: capacity planning, bottleneck analysis, runtime optimization, KPI definition and operating routines Promoting supplier capabilities in production technologies, manufacturing methods and system stability Implementation of proven improvements in standard processes, playbooks and training Close cooperation with cross-functional teams and international suppliers on sustainable performance enhancement Combination of Hands-on Support in Critical Situations with Wide Enablement Work

Complete studies in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, production engineering or mechanical engineering Multiannual experience in improving production systems, operating processes or supplier capabilities in complex industrial environments Embossed analytical skills and safe handling of data, analytics and digital/AI-based tools Ability to clearly document methods as well as training and coaching staff Experience in working in matrix organisations through cooperation and influence International readiness to travel up to 40% Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
