To support our team in the Maintenance / Building department, we are looking for one or more

• Planning, monitoring and implementation of all repair and maintenance measures in the field of building technology (e.g. heating, air conditioning, ventilation, electrical engineering)

• organisation, implementation and control of modernizations, extensions and new and new buildings

• Collection of offers, commissioning, order assignment and site monitoring

• support in the commissioning of new machines and plants, as well as in the analysis of fault messages and the implementation of maintenance work

• Coordination and cooperation with external partners (e.g. construction companies, craftsmen, authorities, winter service, etc.)

• Planning and monitoring of the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-conscious use of resources

• Coordination of the maintenance team for home and building technology, infrastructure and open spaces

• Complete vocational training in the technical or craft sector (e.g. as a plant mechanicin for sanitary, heating and air conditioning, mechatronicsin, locksmith*in etc.)

• Complete training for masters or technicians in crafts or in industry

• Embossed technical and craftsmanship as well as safe handling of tools and machines

• Professional experience in the maintenance of buildings and infrastructure, preferably with leadership experience

• Experience in the planning and control of maintenance processes

• knowledge and experience in compliance with relevant legal regulations and standards in building management
