Your tasks:

• Investigation and analysis of reported technical Quality problems
• implementation of quality inspections according to the defined Standards, End Control and Attesting
• Ensuring product quality and product-related activities carried out by technical tests during the production of the Aircraft in production
• Release of components for the further manufacturing process (design deviation management)
• Creation, time tracking and closing of Non-Conformities (including constructional deviations and complaint sheets) as well as execution of Trouble Shooting
• Grant of technical instructions in the quality sector Manufacturing staff as well as professional supervision of the authorized person Staff
• training and incorporation of new inspectors and Determination and acceptance of work samples
• Analysis of quality problems using PPS methods (Practical) Problem Solving)

Your profile:

• Complete further training on the technician/industry in the field Construction of vehicles, aircraft, mechanical engineering, aerospace or comparable qualification
• Over two years of professional experience in aircraft construction, air and Space and quality assurance
• Good knowledge of Lean Management
• experience in the field of aircraft structure or, if necessary, Metal construction Required
• Good knowledge about SAP
• Ready to work in tight spaces
• German language skills
• Advanced English skills
• ready for shift work (2-3 shift)
