Praktikum Organizational & Talent Development (hybrid) (m/f/d)

Depending on the application model and personal focus, you can support us with the following tasks: You support Organizational & Talent Development projects, such as Learning, Leadership & Talent Development, Employee Engagement and Employer Branding. You support the organisation, implementation and follow-up of workshops, training and internal events (virtual & on site), for example in the further development and roll-out of the new corporate strategy. You support the design, implementation and further development of learning and development offerings, such as future skills, digital learning formats and their internal communication. You’re puggling and structuring content in our learning environment (e.g. in the Learning Management System and on knowledge platforms). You support us in the area of employee engagement, for example in the rollout of employee surveys and the preparation of the results. You support us in the field of Employer Branding by taking individual projects, planning shoots, etc. You can flexibly support special tasks and current topics in the team.

You are registered:r Student:in or are currently in a Gap‐Year and want to collect relevant practice experience. You are interested in HR, Learning, Leadership, Organisational Development and/or Strategy topics. You work structured, independent and reliable, are communicative and are happy to work in the team. You are sure to go with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel; first experiences with digital tools or learning platforms are a plus, but not a must. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
