We can offer you the following tasks

Do you want to actively shape the future of learning? As a working student for digital media and AI-based learning content, you support the development of innovative learning strategies, use the potentials of digitalization and AI and contribute to the creation of a modern, sustainable learning ecosystem. In a dynamic team, you work on strategic projects and promote company-wide qualification initiatives.

• Support in the design, processing and further development of digital learning offerings (Web Based Training, Videotutorials, etc.) using modern AI tools to personalize and optimize learning content
• Support for innovative educational initiatives to promote and further develop our learning culture
• Research and processing of learning materials, including the integration of AI-based resources and technologies
• Support for administrative tasks in the field of personnel development

With these qualifications you help us further

• You are studying in the field of media sciences, psychology, economic psychology, pedagogy, economic pedagogy or business administration, comparable to HR/Personal, Communication Sciences, Digital Media
• You have a good sense of design and visual language and can present complex topics quickly and appealing graphically. The challenge of developing digital content with media from various sources in the team motivates you daily.
• Self-employment, self-initiative, openness, empathy as well as a structured and conscientious way of working are important characteristics for our team.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, as well as very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile
