Data protection with meaning: You support our areas of expertise and projects in all issues relating to health protection – one of the most sensitive and exciting legal areas at all Focus on IT and data protection law: You accompany the design, testing and further development of internal data protection processes and contracts with service providers Advise & Replace: You support colleagues as a competent contact person about data protection issues and help to implement legal requirements in practice Risk Assessment & Documentation: You can work with data protection impact assessments, processing directories and internal audits Cooperation & Communication: Together with our Data Protection Officer and the Legal Department, you will unveil clear, understandable and pragmatic solutions for complex issues Growth & Learning: You work in a structured manner in a variety of topics and develop yourself step by step to the expert or as an expert in data protection and IT law

You have completed your legal studies with at least one successful exam. In the case of two successful exams, admission to the Syndikusanwalt/in is also possible Interest and willingness to deal with data protection law and technical requirements. First practical experiences in data protection or IT law are helpful, e.g. through a lecturer, ancillary job or scientific cooperation You work carefully, solution-oriented and have the pleasure of explaining legal facts intelligible You want to develop yourself professionally and to help shape practical solutions You are a team-oriented, strong communication and have fun in interdisciplinary cooperation You don't have to know everything, but be ready to learn everything
