Your area of responsibility: as a teacher (m/w/d) for youth employment assistance, you support young adults under 25 with different educational biographies on their individual learning and development path. Instead of rigid 45-minute units, the learning phases are agilely oriented towards the reality of life and the resilience of the participants. With empathy, pedagogical skills and a resource-oriented attitude, you help young people develop their personal and professional perspectives. Class B driving licence is required. They support the participants (U25) comprehensively in preparing for the external examination, both through technical knowledge placement and methodological training to enable them to successfully complete. They develop, plan and design methods and didactic concepts that are optimally adapted to the needs of the target group. You capture the learning progress of young people carefully and transparently and use these findings to continuously develop your work.
