Supporting business partners in intensive care and refurbishment phase to the settlement phase within central regulation Takeover of creditor and debitor management, creditor activities or administrative activities Working together with the Risk Manager, including coordination of risk decisions, measures and escalations Analysis, assessment and ongoing monitoring of credit, credit and default risks Active cooperation in the management of rehabilitation cases, including action tracking and monitoring Participation in the planning and implementation of settlement and exit scenarios within the central regulation Preparation of decision bases, recommendations and action options for the Risk Manager Structured, clear and solution-oriented communication with business partners – even in challenging situations Care, documentation and tracking of all risk-relevant facts and engagements in the systems used (e.g. SAP) Participation in the development of processes, guidelines and instruments in the context of central regulation

You work structured, solution-oriented and responsibly, bring economic understanding and keep track of complex or critical engagements. In doing so, you act bindingly on the occurrence, clearly in the case and cooperatively in the team – especially in cooperation with the Risk Manager. The following skills and knowledge are desirable: Economic studies or commercial training with subject-specific further qualification Multiannual practical experience in risk management, credit or receivable management or central regulation Experience in the handling or care of intensive care, rehabilitation or problems Secure understanding of economic relationships, cash flows and risk structures High communication capability, decision-making strength and sense of responsibility Structured, independent and team-oriented working Communication strength, negotiation skills and a sovereign occurrence Very good knowledge of MS Office, ideally SAP experience
