Social pedagogue for social housing procurement with coordination (m/f/d)

The focus of your activity is the practical implementation of the project. These include in particular: Acquisition and mediation of living space for people with mediation barriers Construction and maintenance of a network with private landlords, housing companies, cooperatives and other actors in the housing industry Advice and assistance of people seeking housing throughout the conciliation process Support for housing applications, visits, rental contracts and receipt Social pedagogical accompaniment to stabilise rental conditions and prevent housing losses Cooperation with county and local authorities, Social Office, Jobcenter, Housing Office and other advisory and support services Implementation of house visits and crisis intervention if necessary Documentation of case work and participation in the evaluation of the project As part of the coordination part, you also take over: Organisation and coordination of project-related workflows Participation in the development of the project and quality assurance Creation of expertise reports and key figures Preparation and participation in network meetings, working groups and consultations with the municipality Participation in public relations and the acquisition of new cooperation partners

a completed study of social work, social education or a comparable subject (bachelor, diploma or master) as professional experience as possible in homeless assistance, social counselling, integration assistance or a comparable field of work Joy of networking and cooperation with different cooperation partners Knowledge of social legislation books, in particular SGB II, SGB IX and SGB XII strong communication, consulting and conflict resolution competence an independent, structured and responsible way of working Organisational skills and the ability to control multiple tasks in parallel good computer skills and experience in documentation Class B driving licence Signature of the declaration of self-commitment according to our protection concept of sexualized violence You meet people at eye level and work resource-oriented. At the same time, you can build sustainable relationships with landlords and network partners and professionally moderate different interests. You have their own initiative, organizational talent and want to help people with difficult access to the housing market open up new perspectives for housing.
