Responsible building management of demanding construction projects Construction monitoring according to HOAI LP 7–8 Representation of client interests Control of costs, dates and qualities Coordination of all project participants Implementation of construction meetings and project controlling Ensuring efficient and seamless project execution

Studies in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification (e.g. construction technicians) Min. 10 years of experience in construction management or construction management Experience in hospital construction would be advantageous Funded knowledge in HOAI, VOB and follow-up management Experience with BIM processes and ideally remodeling and existing projects Structured operation, decision-making strength and strong customer orientation
