Senior Field Safety Leader (m/f/d)

A creator who is present in the field is asked to address critical situations directly and intervene if necessary. In your function you are visible in the plants, close to the processes. You give clear feedback at all levels and demand responsibility. As a model and motivator with charisma, you will be delighted by the workforce for safety, environmental protection and health issues, address dangers, vulnerabilities or risks consistently, or stop insecure situations immediately. You set standards and shape a sustainable security culture in the company with all executives. In addition, you take over the Process Ownership for safety-critical activities (High Risk Activities). You ensure clear process specifications, monitor their compliance and support the operational areas in implementation and critical activities on site.

You will fit our client if you are an intern with bite. Multiannual experience in safety-critical industries (e.g. refinery, chemistry, energy, construction, production) will bring you with you, in addition to a technical study or a comparable qualification, and will know relevant laws, standards and management systems. .
