We are looking for reinforcements for our dynamic IT team to operate and further expand our extensive IT system landscape. This includes over 10,000 jobs and corresponding peripheral equipment. In your role, you will use modern IT service management tools to implement automation solutions and expand the self-service capabilities for our customers. Your tasks include the installation, installation and support of workplaces and IT systems, the training and instruction of users, cooperation in projects, and troubleshooting in cooperation with manufacturers and suppliers. Our laboratory area plays a crucial role in the diagnosis and treatment of our patients and we are looking for a talented IT administrator who can manage the digital infrastructure of our laboratory.

In the responsible position, you are responsible for the planning, development and configuration of concepts for the integration of connected IT systems and/or application software. It focuses on the implementation, rollout and the further development and adaptation of solutions and management systems that affect clinical processes in the field of intensive care and clinical laboratories. Your tasks include error analysis and troubleshooting in cooperation with manufacturers, optimization of existing IT processes and the introduction of new IT procedures and modules that meet the customer's requirements, especially in complex and challenging requirements. Another important part of your activity is the support and support of the users of these systems to ensure smooth operation. In addition, you must ensure the requirements in the context of IT security and ensure that all relevant security requirements and standards are complied with. In the field of operation and further development of the general IT infrastructure, you take responsibility for the operation, rollout, configuration and continuous development of the complex IT infrastructure within the Institute of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine. The specialist applications and special solutions within this area are also part of your tasks that you also operate, configure and develop. A special focus is on the establishment, operation and further development of the LaborDataCenter (LDZ), which plays a central role in IT infrastructure. In addition, you will advise and support the management of the structural unit on all issues relating to IT deployment to ensure that the technologies used are used efficiently and purposefully in accordance with the organization's strategic objectives.
