Payroll A-Z with complete admin: complete execution of payrolls, including all administrative activities for about 650 employees with SAP HCM. Supporting an employee group: Together with your team, you will be responsible for a firm group of employees with regard to any concerns in the course of the pay bill. Reporting and certification: processing and management of all necessary notifications and certificates. Statistics and evaluations: compilation of statistics and evaluations to support corporate governance.

Experience in wage and salary accounting: knowledge and multi-year practical experience in the implementation of payroll processes and administration. Software knowledge: Secure handling of SAP HCM. Completed commercial training: Ideally with an additional qualification in the field of human resources or comparable qualifications. Knowledge of reporting and certification: Safe handling of relevant legal requirements and procedures. Communication and team skills: Representative communicative skills and the ability to constructive cooperation in the team are very important to our customers.
