Your tasks:

• Working at the New Product Introduction (NPI)
• Checking and ensuring order processing
• to obtain and manage data related to Appointment in ERP System
• Analysis of delays and prioritization of urgency as required of assembly lines and customer support
• Control of short and long-term operational action plans (delay in retrofitting, missing parts, improvement of Logistics processes)
• Ensuring daily monitoring supply chain performance (input, workshop areas, internal transport, Shipping) and ensuring the solution of conflicts
• Cooperation with suppliers (from the distance or at the suppliers) and with transversal departments for Implementation of preventive and remedial measures
• advance the return logistics processes (offerings, Return parts, subsequent extension)
• providing an overview of inventory stock and Implementation of action plans with suppliers to manage the Loading
• carry out supplier evaluation and selection procedures; and Risk assessment
• Optimization and verification of supply chains
• Coordination with relevant stakeholders

Your profile:

• Completed studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain / Logistics or comparable qualification
• More than three years of experience in MRP / Material procurement, purchasing and supplier management
• Good knowledge about SAP and Google Workspace
• First knowledge of project management
• German and English skills
• Spanish or French
