APD24 GmbH is a company based in Berlin that specialises in 24 hours care. It was founded in 2009 with the aim of enabling disabled and intensive care people to live at home. We provide services in Berlin and Brandenburg.

In this way, more than 300 professional caregivers of APD24 GmbH realize the founding goal of 2009: people should be able to live at home in a self-determined manner.

To strengthen our team in Berlin, we are looking for a Mentor/Praxisanleiter (m/w/d) im Pflegebereich full time or part time

Structured introduction of new care and assistance Practical guidance and professional support of employees directly in the services Support for new employees during the incorporation phase Implementation and documentation of practical instructions Detection of training and development needs Organisation and implementation of internal training and instruction Support in securing and further developing our care quality Close cooperation with our care services Support in difficult or particularly demanding supply situations Participation in the development and improvement of incorporation standards

A successfully completed training as a nursing specialist, health care and nursing professional, old care professional or comparable qualification(m/w/d) (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in care Experience in outpatient care, personal assistance or extraclinical intensive care is advantageous Joy in communicating knowledge and developing employees Self-employed and structured work Communication strength and safe occurrence driving licence class B desirable
