Creation, planning and publication of appealing content on the various social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn) Implementation and further development of social media strategies taking into account current trends and industry developments Social Listening, Monitoring and Analysis of All Social Media Activities and Support of Social Customer Services on AIDA's own Presences and Dealing with Social Media Management Tools Monitoring and analysis of the performance of social media campaigns and creation of reports as well as further development of tracking logics Conception, planning and implementation of content productions on land and on board Intensive cooperation with internal departments and external agencies and partners

Complete studies in the field of communication/media management, business management with marketing focus or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in social media management, ideally in a similar position Excellent knowledge of popular social media platforms and their functions as well as high affinity on the topics of digitalization, mobile first and current trends in the industry High numerical affinity and analytical ability Very good knowledge of German and English as well as safe handling of MS Office 365 Good feeling for formats and trends in the social media environment and their creative implementation Representative organizational talent and experience in project management are desirable
