Here, the telephone and written support and advice of new and existing customers is handled – in full with all questions and concerns concerning topics such as applications, contracts or veterinary invoices. You act as a competent contact person for insurance products, contracts and damage cases – both by telephone and in writing With empathy and expertise you advise our customers and find tailor-made solutions You are responsible for testing health records in damage management At high treatment costs, you are responsible for the 2nd damage release You evaluate initial damage with regard to existing pre-disorders and relevant contractual bases You participate in women management and help to identify and clarify possible frauds

You have completed an apprenticeship as a specialist in veterinary medicine (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification and have already completed approx. 3 years of professional experience A bonus point would be first knowledge of animal health insurance You have fun in self-sponsored and self-sponsored work and “team spirit” is not a foreign word for you The MS Office applications do not pose a problem in operation for you and you bring an affinity for further computer systems with Very good knowledge of German in word and writing complete your profile
