Solution Designer for the IT Management Presidential Staff (m/f/d)

For the requirements of our customers, you develop solutions: You are responsible for the acceptance, specification, qualification and documentation of customer requirements In the team of solution architects and in cooperation with the departments, solution alternatives are designed and identified for existing customer requirements – taking into account current IT market standards and possible cost drivers in solution design As a central contact person, you take over the technical advice of customers on solution design and general requirements You check these requirements with regard to the standard services from the service catalogue and the feasibility of realization in close coordination with BITBW specialists In addition, the creation of a complete documentation of the solution approach is in your area of responsibility, so that all necessary information for implementation in the areas of expertise is available. New service concepts are recognized and evaluated to meet the needs of the local administration, economically and safely in accordance with the policy requirements The development of new services in line with the Service Portfolio Management is also part of the task If necessary, the subproject management will be taken over for technically complex adaptations of the solution design including the evaluation of financial effects; This includes the independent moderation and coordination of events and active participation in internal and external marketing

You have a successfully completed university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable degree programme. You can also apply if equivalent knowledge is available through appropriate vocational training (e.g. specialist informatics) or multiannual relevant experience Multiannual professional experience in Solution Design or Solution Architecture is expected In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructures and network technologies are available Experience in dealing with database technologies is brought along There is also experience in cloud and cloud platforms Interest in technological trends such as AI Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements are part of the profile Very good knowledge of common Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) are expected Technical and entrepreneurial understanding of business processes and experience in customer consulting – ideally in the context of public administration – complete the profile Through your customer- and solution-oriented appearance, a pronounced communication capability and a high understanding of services you will always find the right solution for the customer Safe written expressability and strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts are also required
