We are looking forward to your application as (Junior) Product Manager (m/w/d) Customer Management at C24 Bank!

You are responsible for the further development and development of key customer processes such as credit assessments, KYC and contract recognition You are responsible for product development at the interfaces between the Bank products, product management and external partners You tune the business requirements with the technical feasibility and coordinate this with relevant internal and external stakeholders You accompany the implementation of the developed features and make sure they are successfully implemented You work closely with the agile IT development teams and customer service

You have a successfully completed university degree with business and/or IT-technical orientation (e.g. BWL, business informatics, etc.) You bring first practical experience in product management or project management, ideally in the digital environment You work analytically and structured, with a high solution orientation and strong implementation capabilities You have a pronounced hands-on mentality and like to work agilely in the team You have knowledge of German in word and writing and good English skills
