Purpose and objective For our well-known customers, we are looking for an experienced and motivated machine operator (m/w/d) food production | baked goods for the Solingen site.

Tasks, competences and responsibility

• Operation, monitoring and installation of production machinery and equipment in food production
• Elimination of small machine and process disorders and implementation of simple cleaning and maintenance work
• Maintenance support for repairs and technical troubleshooting
• Accompanying conversion, setup and adjustment work on production plants
• Supply of raw materials and materials according to production planning
• Monitoring of product, dough and baking quality and early recognition of quality deviations
• Ensuring a smooth production process in cooperation with the production team
• compliance with hygiene, quality and safety regulations and documentation of relevant production data
• Active cooperation in optimizing production processes and plants

Technical requirements

• Complete vocational training in technical or food technology or comparable qualifications
• As an alternative to several years of professional experience as machine operators, machine and plant operators, plant operators or in food production
• Embossed technical understanding and a quick understanding of production processes
• experience in handling production machines, preferably in bakery or food production
• Excellent quality awareness and knowledge in food safety and hygiene
• Self-employed, reliable and structured operation
• Team skills, communication strength and organizational skills
