Support and monitoring of the technical installations in the field of building technology and energy supply and ensuring a smooth operation at the Nuremberg site Implementation of general craft work and repairs within the holding Instruction and monitoring of external craftsmen and foreign companies at the site Technical assistance in preparing events at the site Compilation of related reports and technical documentation Replaced working hours in consultation with the team as well as alternating takeover of the closing service and the readiness to call for disturbances and notifications to technical facilities (if necessary also on weekends/days) Optional: Development possibility for technical group management

Successfully completed technical/handcrafted vocational training, e.g. as an electronic engineer for energy and building technology (m/w/d), electronic engineer for operating technology (m/w/d) or electrical installer (m/w/d) with several years of professional experience in a similar field of activity Good craftsmanship and possession of a valid class B driving licence Good understanding and willingness to learn for handling digital systems (e.g. building control, ticket system) Basic knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Outlook, Excel) Cooperation, team and communication skills Loadability, flexibility and sense of responsibility
