Regulatory & Sustainability Specialist – in Teilzeit (m/f/d)

You ensure that our materials and products meet all legal requirements, sustainability standards (e.g. GOTS) and internal guidelines You will keep in mind relevant legal requirements (e.g. REACH/CLP, GPSR, LkSG, EUDR), assess industry standard standards such as GOTS and implement them professionally. In addition, you continuously develop our internal production and material standards and transfer them to our management and monitoring systems The planning, commissioning and evaluation of chemical and physical product tests as well as the derivation of appropriate measures including supplier control are also part of your everyday work At the same time, you take over the ecological assessment of materials, processes and chemicals and support in topics such as LCA, Higg FEM/MSI and Chemical Management The risk assessment, the recommended measures and supplier re-control (CAPA) are also part of your versatile task Last but not least, you and your expertise in quality, compliance and sustainability projects (e.g. CSRD/Impact)

Ideally you have a textile or clothing training or a comparable qualification/study – with a focus on textile chemistry, material sciences (textile) or sustainability/environmental management In addition, you have collected 3 to 5 years of experience in the fields of textile quality assurance, certifications/compliance or sustainability standards and know you well with management systems and audit preparation You master the interpretation of Lab Reports as well as the derivation of appropriate measures and work professionally with international suppliers and test laboratories We therefore presuppose very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing – just as the address-oriented, sovereign communication of complex facts The secure handling of Office 365 and ideally a PLM/ERP system understands itself Your profile is rounded off by your structured way of working, strong analytical and verdictability as well as broad knowledge of job-relevant methods & tools (CAPA, FMEA, risk management)
