This will bring you Successfully completed studies or master training with focus on logistics, supply chain management or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in operational logistics and management of employees High readiness, flexibility and ability to act sovereign and solution-oriented even in challenging situations Analytical thinking and pragmatic hands-on mentality Representative communication and leadership skills, team spirit and enforcement strength Enthusiasm for process optimization and continuous improvement

Your duties Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of over 50 employees at two locations Analysis, optimization and sustainable development of logistics processes Increasing productivity and efficiency within operational logistics Responsibility for controlling and optimizing internal and external material flows Support and control of suppliers and monitoring of transport costs Coordination of load carriers and procurement of packaging materials Analysis of factory and warehouse layouts as well as inventory key figures for identifying and implementing optimization potentials Ensuring a smooth and lawful shipment of goods
