Your tasks

• You know how to develop real estate strategies and rental concepts
• You actively monitor the further development of your supervised portfolio along the portfolio strategy
• You are responsible for the demand-oriented area acquisition and conducts object, market and location analyses to optimize the supervised stock
• You prepare contract negotiations and conduct them independently until the conclusion of the contract
• You set up leases and supplements and are responsible for the collection, installation and maintenance of master data
• You are responsible for risk monitoring and risk management at object and process level
• You are happy with the tenant care and take the oral and written correspondence in this course
• You are responsible for incoming invoices and confirmation
• You are responsible for the land transfer and return
• You participate in object visits for inventory and maintenance
• You are responsible for designing and securing documentation and reporting as well as process management and actively participate in annual planning

Your profile

• You have a successfully completed study in the real estate sector or an immobility training, with appropriate further qualification for the real estate specialist or the like.
• You bring several years of professional experience in asset management and/or rental
• You draw from your conceptual thinking and acting with an entrepreneurial profile
• You have an independent, structured, targeted and reliable way of working even in complex tasks
• You bring a high degree of initiative and negotiation skills
• You can convince with good MS office, optimally also with SAP RE-FX skills
