You fully support the daily in-direct procurement activities to ensure cost-efficient procurement, reliable supply and the required service level and, in close cooperation with internal stakeholders, advance cost optimization projects and process improvements in cross-functional teams and improve end-to-end supplier performance.

In the position you carry out the procurement activities (order creation & tracking, supplier communication, invoice processing and complaint management) in close coordination with the departments. You ensure that the stock and procurement data are up-to-date and that procurement policies and procedures are complied with. The selection of suppliers will support you, as well as in contract negotiations and in the development of category and supplier strategies. The supplier services are based on KPIs and reduce potential delivery risks. You conduct market analyses to identify cost-saving potentials and support initiatives to optimize procurement processes (e.g. automation and optimization).

You have a Bachelor degree (desired) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field. You have at least 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management. You are sure to use procurement software and tools (e.g. SAP, PowerBI) as well as the Microsoft Office Suite. A careful, detailed way of working is in your nature, as well as the ability to make consensus, to set priorities and to meet deadlines efficiently. You keep thinking processes, introduce digital impulses and work as a structured and team-oriented personality with good German and English skills.
