Your tasks

We develop and produce high-quality safety systems for industry, industry and critical infrastructures. In order to strengthen our workshop and service area, we are looking for a dedicated service technician in the field service (m/w/d) in the Lüneburger Heide region, which takes over the maintenance, repair and functional verification of our systems at the customer's own assigned area.

Your duties include: Error analysis and systematic troubleshooting and troubleshooting

Ensuring system function together with our remote team

Creating maintenance and service reports

commissioning, repair, repair and recurring maintenance at our local customers

Delivery and collection of our mobile video surveillance systems

Complete training as an electronic, mechatronic, electronics for equipment and systems or comparable technical qualification (e.g. in the fields KFZ / NFZ, electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics or electrical power or EFK for defined activities EFKffT)

Experience in repair, electronics, equipment or system technology of advantage

Basic knowledge of reading electrical circuit diagrams and mechanical assembly

Technical understanding of software or System configuration

Analytical thinking and careful, precise and structured working

Teamability, reliability and good German skills in word and writing

Compulsory qualifications

Experiences in network technology (in operation, maintenance and troubleshooting) and basics of electrical engineering Basic Mechanical Knowledge Driving licence category BE Ready to travel (for 2-5 nights/month) Very good German in word and writing Good PC knowledge As a provider of security services, we require a perfect management certificate.
