We are looking for you as soon as possible Senior Consultant (m/w/d) In this key position as a scientific co-worker of the Management Board of Science, you are the organizational center of rotation and focus. You control and coordinate the administrative processes, support our board in their department and ensure effective cooperation with internal and external partners. Your postdoctoral background is of great advantage here, as you combine the scientific perspective with excellent administrative skills.

Organization: You run and organize the office of our Management Board of Science, ensure an efficient and structured working environment and continuously optimize the administrative processes. Project management: You support and coordinate the processes in the Management Board, ensure that deadlines are adhered to and ensure a timely and high-quality delivery of results. Communication: You are the central representative of the Board of Management. Document and information management: You build a document management system for the Executive Board, ensure proper storage and documentation and support in the preparation of scientific reports and publications.

Academic background: Successfully completed university studies, ideally with doctorate Experience: Multiannual experience in science management Organisational ability: Excellent organizational skills and high resilience Communication capability: Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English Technical skills: Secure handling of current MS Office applications and experience with management software
