Inhouse S4/HANA Consultant (m/f/d)

In the short term: Internal project management of the S/4HANA Introduction: Responsibility for Scope, Schedule and Budget vis-à-vis the Steering Committee Management and quality assurance of the external implementation partner as well as other external development and integration service providers Leadership and moderation of LOB-Fit-to-Standard Workshops with all disciplines (Source to Pay, Lead to Cash, Plan to Fulfill, Recruit to Retire, Idea to Market & QM) Recording, evaluating and prioritizing all business process requirements from the departments – with active implementation of the Fit-to standard approach (process adaptation before system adaptation) Responsibility for interface design to connected systems (ProControl, d.velop, Salesforce, LIMS, AEB etc.) Coordination of test and acceptance processes (Unit, Integration & UAT) and Go-Live preparation Change Management: Development and implementation of a training concept for all areas Escalation responsibility for critical deviations Long term: First contact point for all S/4HANA requests from the departments Recording, evaluation and implementation coordination of change requests and extension requirements Maintenance and further development of the Clean Core architecture by coordinating external development resources (BTP, RAP & ABAP Cloud) Monitoring and control of external consultants and developers in extension projects Continuous optimization of business processes in close coordination with the departments Structure & Support of the Key User Network Support for release management and process documentation

Multiannual experience in S/4HANA implementation Full full-cycle experience as a consultant or internal project manager – from Blueprint/Fit-to-Standard to Go-Live Deep E2E process understanding in S/4Hana – detectable by self-responsible guided Fit-to standard workshops in completed S/4HANA projects Comprehensive understanding of Clean Core principles and SAP BTP architecture Funded knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology and S/4HANA Migration Scenarios (Greenfield / Brownfield / Bluefield) from own project deployment Experience with SAP integration scenarios (APIs & BTP Integration Suite) Understanding ABAP Cloud / RAP architecture with practical experience in the design and implementation of Clean-Core extensions Experience in change management and the conception of end-user training Communication strength at all levels: technical with developers, professional with department managers and management Enforcement in the defense of Clean Core standards against specialist requirements Independently responsible, structured work in a slim IT organization
