Professional and disciplinary leadership of production Ensuring a smooth, efficient and timely production process Efficient planning of machinery and equipment Monitoring the proper implementation of production instructions and compliance with environmental and occupational safety Ensuring the qualification and further development of all employees through appropriate training Determination of Improvement Options (KVP), Implementation of Lean Management Methods and Monitoring of Defined KPIs Close cooperation and regular coordination with purchasing, sales, maintenance and quality assurance to ensure optimal process processes

Completed technical or chemical training with corresponding training (e.g. technician or master) Multiannual professional and first leadership experience in a manufacturing company Knowledge gained in controlling production processes, including shopfloor management and interface coordination Impressed sense of responsibility for quality and safety Secure handling of MS‐Office applications and a common ERP system English knowledge of Word and Writing High level of operational readiness, enforcement capacity and implementation strength Embossed organisational strength and an independent, structured and analytical method
