Warehouse clerk (m/f/d)

• Storage, removal of tools, material etc.
• Check incoming materials etc. and compare them with identity numbers.
• Record deviations and automatically correct them.
• Perspective inspections on damage perform damaged parts/ batches blocking or sorting out. take measures in consultation with the laboratory.
• optionally insert material into intended storage locations by means of transport devices (stackers) and protect it by conventional packaging.
• Loading and unloading of truck’s incl. Checking of load securing
• Record specified data (ident numbers, quantities, weights) by system bookings.
• Set up materials by weighing, matching Ident Number and provide them for production by means of transport equipment. In case of malfunctions, provide spare material for production.
• Perform permanent inventory control by actual stock and SAP balance and if necessary Automatically correct deviations.
• answer operational requests for stocks and storage movements.
• perform inventory work (weighing, counting). Check and record counting results, cooperate and, if necessary, correct when clarifying differences.
• Pump or supply oils and chemicals for production.
• As contact persons to the external warehouse are ready for SAP bookings and differential compensation.

Required training, professional experience and knowledge:

• specialist two-year training e.g. Lagerist
• forklift trucks
• Knowledge in SAP and common MS Office programs
