Customer support: You are an important contact for our internal service customers and offer first-class service – both on the phone and in writing. Order management: You ensure the timely creation of order confirmations in the service and laboratory equipment sector in order to ensure optimal design and production processes. Interface coordination: You agree delivery times and prices for individual parts with purchasing and maintain all relevant information for smooth internal communication in our systems. Commercial settlement: You independently clarify commercial details such as payment and delivery terms directly with our customers. Offer creation: You create independent offers for spare parts of our delivered machines.

Qualification: completed commercial training or a comparable qualification with technical interest. Experience: Ideally, you already have professional experience in sales, after-sales or in customer management. IT knowledge: Secure handling of ERP and CRM systems as well as common MS Office applications. Personality: You convince by communication strength, a safe occurrence and a high self-motivation. Working methods: You work independently as well as solution-oriented and are characterized by a pronounced customer and service orientation. Language: You know German and English safely in word and writing.
