For the Erlangen-Tennenlohe site we are looking for an experienced entry for the earliest possible entry Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Our innovative industry solution supports people in their work in stationary and outpatient care, integration aid, youth assistance, refugee aid and other social sectors. The use of SENSO® facilitates everyday work and saves time and costs – valuable resources that can flow directly into the care of people. SENSO® is more than one software, and your contribution goes far beyond the pure software distribution: You build bridges between social and modern IT and drive digitization in one of the central areas of our society.

You serve our existing customers proactively – from offerings to order assignments – both by telephone, via video conferencing and via email. You create tailor-made offers for our existing customers and ensure a timely tracking. In addition, you process customer orders either independently or in close cooperation with our project department and efficiently coordinate internal and external resources. You actively contribute to the development of sales strategies and to the implementation of improvement measures.

You are contact-friendly, actively approaching your contacts and have a friendly, competent and safe appearance. You are linguistic and able to formulate and organize complex facts clearly and understandably. You are ready to work into a new topic and want to advance digitalization in the social sector with our SENSO® software. You ideally bring experience in sales, perhaps even in the field of software products. Previous knowledge of social institutions is a plus, but not a prerequisite. We work you comprehensively so that you start well and we are successful together.
