At Fincon Reply, you work on challenging transformation projects in the areas of account management, credit, reporting, securities and master files – always at the interface between expertise and IT. You advance the modernization of banks, advise at the interface of business and IT, and successfully implement complex core banking transformations. Whether data migration, system harmonization or cloud shift, you make sure that technical and technical requirements are optimally matched to each other and that implementation takes place smoothly. You support the implementation of regulatory requirements and help integrate them efficiently into existing processes. With your expertise in modern process design, you identify optimization potentials and develop solutions that sustainably increase the efficiency of banks. You will help shape the introduction of new banking products and promote the further development of existing offers in Core Banking.

You have several years of relevant professional experience as a consultant or specialist:in banking or Financial Services environment ideally with sound expertise in the core banking application systems of SAP, Avaloq, Finastra, Temenos or FIS. You draw your attention through sound knowledge of processes and products in the areas of customer, account, credit, payment transactions. You have expertise in current topics such as FIDA, MiCA, Basel III, Basel IV,/CRD or EBA Guidelines. You have a successfully completed study in BWL, Business Informatics, Computer Science or a comparable subject or have a corresponding bank-specific qualification. You convince with pronounced communicative skills, excellent knowledge of German and good English, a self-certain appearance and excellent analytical skills.
