As a team leader (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) of our P2P team, you have the strategic responsibility for managing and developing 17 employees. Head of the team, setting clear targets and ensuring compliance with internal KPIs as well as continuous increase in efficiency. Expansion and maintenance of cooperation with the SSC for smooth processes and optimal results. Central contact point for overriding questions throughout the P2P process (suppliers and internal inquiries, booking requests, reminder reports etc.). Support of the SSC in carrying out daily P2P tasks. Active participation in the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts.

Complete economic studies with a focus on finance, such as BWL, Business Administration, Finance, Finance & Controlling, or comparable commercial training. Long-term management experience in financial or accounting. Long-standing professional experience in creditor accounting, including excellent expertise. Experience in collaboration with shared service centers is desirable. Very good MS Office knowledge; relevant system knowledge (e.g. JD Edwards, SAP, Cargowise, Medius) are of advantage. Group experience is a plus; They convince by excellent communication and motivation. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
