Controller as a Business Partner (m/f/d)

You play a central role in controlling and make sure that figures are used to make decisions. You are in close contact with different areas and the management of the company and help to clarify, question and develop commercial relationships. A key focus is on reporting to the group of companies and on supporting budget, forecast and monthly processes. You are analysing business economic developments, recognizing deviations early on and taking concrete measures. In addition, you will be involved in topics related to pricing, profitability, stock and inventory reviews as well as operational evaluations. You work closely with the leadership and support the right priorities in a dynamic environment. When ad-hoc requests come, you will quickly, structured and solution-oriented and ensure that the appropriate information is available at the right time.

Business training or relevant studies Experience in controlling and a good understanding of how numbers arise and how to make them usable for the company. Very good Excel knowledge as well as routine in handling ERP and reporting tools. A communicative, incipient personality, which is not reduced to pure numerical work, but actively interacts with other areas. Very good German and good English, as regular international contacts work. Flexibility, sense of responsibility and willingness to support peak phases with full commitment. A pragmatic way of working, team orientation and the ability to keep an overview in a living environment.
