Sustainability Manager (m/w/d)

At Lidl we take responsibility far beyond the projects on our desks – for society and the environment. As a CSR and sustainability team, we work together to improve Lidl's ecological and social footprint and communicate our sustainability goals internally and externally. Our mission? To become the most sustainable fresh discounter. For this we are in daily exchange with different stakeholders. We represent our approach and gain impulses for the further development of our goals.

In our sustainability team you are responsible for implementing Lidl's CSR focus topics in Germany. You drive our sustainability work forward and contribute to the sustainable development of our organization.

... that means:

• Promote and develop the Lidl Sustainability Strategy (including focus topics such as conscious nutrition and biodiversity) • Identification of CSR developments (market and industry) and preparation of analyses and policy proposals • Support for CSR reporting • Coordination of internal departments and voting within the group • Project responsibility

• Complete studies (BWL, communication, nutrition or natural sciences), desirable with a focus on sustainability • Multiannual experience in sustainability management • Very good knowledge of relevant sustainability standards and developments • Embossed communication and enforcement capability • Fun to implement various projects in an interdisciplinary cooperation
