Real Estate Accountant (m/f/d)

Responsibility for accounting topics focusing on real estate accounting. Supporting tenants, landlords and other external partners. Compilation of rental bills, secondary bills and counter readings. Support and coordination of accounting teams in the Group's Service Center in Szczecin (Poland) as part of the local accounting team in Germany. Booking and Mahnwesen. Accounting control including legal requirements. Digital document management. Support for monthly and annual accounts. Work for auditors and the audit department.

Completed training and/or multiannual experience in financial accounting or Real estate management. Self-employed, reliable and continuous operation. High performance and durability. Ability to think across departments in processes. Professional communication (in German and English) Embossed team capacity. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook) SAP knowledge of advantage.
