Senior Project Manager Timber Construction (m|f|d)

For our location in County Gelsdorf we are looking for reinforcement.

You are involved in the development of our diverse timber structures and are responsible for projects from planning to a successful conclusion. Creating models and work plans is one of your tasks. Your project team will lead you with great commitment and ensure a successful flow of information as well as good coordination with upstream and downstream locations (e.g. costing, production, client etc.). You keep the costs in mind, tax the dates and monitor the quality of ongoing projects. With your wide view, you develop new ideas with your team.

With a basic training in the construction industry, ideally as a carpenter, you bring the conditions. Ideally, you have trained yourself as a technician, master, civil engineer or architect. You already have experience in project management and experience with CAD (ideally CADwork). With your personality and expertise, you have the ability to guide your team and develop your own suggestions and solutions on complex issues.
