Legal implementation: implementation of legal acts for WAGO for violations by third parties (enforcement) Coordination of procedures: coordination of negotiations with third parties and cooperation with external lawyers and the management of judicial processes at the civil courts to violate WAGO protection rights Authorities Management: Coordination of the Enforcement of WAGO Rights via Authorities and Criminal Chambers Mandate management: Mandatory, management and instruction of external lawyers Protection law management: implementation of legal acts in the field of industrial property rights (prosecution), in particular the application of protective rights to the offices and their defence to offices and courts (e.g. Federal Patent Court) in cooperation with external lawyers Legal protection: Ensuring the legal position and the legal transitions for WAGO through agreements on inventions, protection rights and inventor's remunerations as well as the associated processes Foreign rights: Coordination of the investigation of relevant foreign rights, assessment of their criticality, installation of escalation processes and definitions of processes on foreign rights

Complete study of physics, electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification Very good knowledge of industrial legal protection, ideally previous activity as patent engineer, patent attorney candidate or authorized patent attorney Practical experience in the preparation of patent applications First experiences in judicial infringement processes Enthusiasm for technology, complex relationships, innovative solutions and linguistic precision Impressed team skills and sense of responsibility as well as willingness to continuously develop your own skills Good office knowledge and ideally good knowledge in dealing with search databases and protective law management databases Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
