You take over the professional leadership of employees. They coordinate and control all activities within the team. They ensure compliance with the defined process sequences in the handling warehouse, taking into account legal requirements. They carry out daily mission meetings with the layer line. They organise team meetings as required and conduct daily discussions with employees, including on-going and task-related feedback. They support regular evaluation talks, annually documented employee talks and feedback talks within the trial period. They are actively involved in day-to-day business. They ensure compliance with quality requirements and certification regulations (ISO, IFS, HACCP etc.).

They have completed logistical vocational training or equivalent training as well as relevant professional training and experience in the warehouse area. First experiences in coordinating teams are desirable. A valid forklift certificate is required. You have good knowledge in German. Basic knowledge in English is advantageous. They have a good enforcement capability, coupled with communication strength in dealing with colleagues, as well as with drivers.
